The CCSD has had exceptional trustees for many years and adding Kimberly to that team would continue this tradition. One of the most important gifts we are given as citizens of a country is the right to vote. It is a sacred trust between the electorate and the candidate trusting that our voices will be heard through them. In Alberta with the right to Catholic Education our vote is even more important. I would like to personally endorse Kimberly Cichon with her bid to become a Catholic School Board Trustee. I spent 10 years working with youth at risk of falling into gangs. One of the biggest areas that I see for improvement and engagement in these young men is the role of education. Unfortunately the system doesn't always work for those on The Fringe and I believe Kimberly with her background is ready to listen to ideas and alternatives to support children in all stages of their education and look at models to support those that are falling through the cracks now. I know that Kimberly has a heart for education and the love for her community and her church.

Kimberly devoted countless volunteer hours to developing and coordinating a literacy program for my grade 1/2 class. What I enjoy most about her is her humour! Get ready for some great laughs alongside tireless labours. Kimberly serves God with joy.
